Could not able to use multiple columns in page region using elementer

Hi, Not able to divide a page into multiple columns. so that I can use a sidebar in 1/4 part of page. Also editor is not user friendly. I want design a page like the link given below https://www.collegepravesh.com/engineering-colleges/iit-bhubaneswar/
