Course admin = blank page and avatar = ?

    Hi, After update to the newest version, I cannot access course admin for <span style="line-height: 1.5;">all the new courses</span><span style="line-height: 1.5;">, I receive a blank page, only for the courses created after the update.</span> Besides the standard "Avatar" for the users is not displayed, it shows an error with a question mark at that place. How should I proceed? Thank you in advance, Ivamar.

    I checked and emptied the browser's cache but unfortunately it did not solve.

    After empting cache I checked that no course admin page is working.
