Hello, when the student purchases a course they are not immediately granted access to the course (a message is displayed saying awaiting admin approval). How does the admin make this approval so that the student gains access to the course material, and can we turn this approval process off?
Go to wp-admin > WPLMS > Course manager > and enable this setting > save

setting in the wp-admin->wplms->course manager->admin approval, you can set it accordingly. If you want you should first approve/publish the course then set this setting to “Yes, require approval”.
You have set course to free and have also enabled apply for course. Now if you want to set the course fee then you’ll have to set the course to not free and disable apply for course feature.
