    I am unable to create new courses or edit old ones using my mobile devices. I have already added the js fix and clear cache.     When i connect mouse to my mobile devices, it works well, but using my screetouch, that is where the problem, This is what i discovered during my troubleshooting and i experience this in all the mobile devices with touchscreen that i have tested it with.
