ACtually we are using bootstrap for the responsiveness. The title typing and all are working fine at our end with this js fix shared here : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/course-creation-issues-mobile/#post-329320
We are working from home since last 6 months and I do not have any other device available right now .I will ask someone else to check .
I have the same problem, after adding the js fix, i still can't edit on android devices

I tested the fix on Mi note 7 pro chrome browser .
Maybe the issue is with caching .Please clear cache from your device as well after adding the
js fix
