    Sometimes, even if the course has 999 duration, the course just expires automatically and you need to manually extend subscription for the user. This problem happens on and off for the past few months on version 3.x Can you please help and let me know how to resolve it

    Ok can you please share the course url and admin credentials to check this up . Tip: please always share the url and creds to save time if problem needs to be checked in course and needed login.

    Well I find all the settings for the course to be correct , is there any batch connected to the course which might overwrite the course duration for the user . IF your site is multisite?

    No course isn't multi-site and WPLMS Batches is turned off here. No batch based settings are used.
