course editor doesn't work both console and front end

Hi, there Something wrong happened. Course editor doesn't work both console and front end after updating. Actually i can not edit course anymore. I can change only title and description, but most of all course setting section doesn't work into console mode. Also if i try to turn in front end i can not edit and create new course.

Please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . Resave permalinks and then clear browser cache after update and again check the issue .

Actually, how i can get last update? I already inserted all my date from Themeforest, but nothing happens.

I updated all plugins somehow, but system finally writes "Please Update the WPLMS theme to latest version". Auto update forbidden and i don't know why? I can not edit and create courses! We loaded more then 900 modules and more them 80 courses, paid huge money for that and we can not work. I hope i can get solution as soon as possible, else we will have big trouble.

I am having the same problem here, but my theme and plugins are updated. I can't edit a course with the back end editor when using Google Chrome (seems OK with Firefox). Please advise.

Please try deactivating third party plugins for this . Check js errors in your site : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors Please share the console screen screenshot here if any js errors .

I deactivated all third party plugins that were activated before the problem occured. Didn't work. I enabled the SCRIPT DEBUG option in wp-config.php. Didn't work. I tryed the JavaScript Console but no error was shown - or it froze before the error appeared (see screenshot). Please advise.

Well just open the console screens while you are facing the errors and please share screenshot of it. Please also share admin credentials to check the issue at your end . Ps : mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .

We found your wplms options screen ,edit page screens in the backend and also in front end to be working fine . Please let us know if there is any other issue ?

The issue seems to be in my Chrome, then. Sorry for bothering.

Please try using different browser like safari, or re-install chrome because it works fine in chrome also. I opened you site in chrome browser and every option seems to be working fine in it.

Sorry, Guys! I stopped to us WPLMS until better time when this software will be more reliably ((( I have contract with big University to provide e-learning course, and i can not allow such risk. Right now i use Sencei. I don't like interface and it has less features then WPLMS, but it works more stable.  I spent money and lot of time. Best
