course layout in 4.0 not shown

Hi, as mentioned in the install-tutorial for the upgrade to the version 4.0, I had a look at the "vibebp>course layout" section. There should be two layouts of which to choose from. But I don't have any layouts there at all. How can I load the layouts that you have in the example video? Thanks.
