i think this is a theme bug
No it is not a theme bug because this is the "only" case reporting this and we use this functionality daily. It is a third party conflict with some plugin most probably the localisation plugin hindering saving of meta data. My suggestion would be to try deactivate the plugin and check if it is saving the settings.
p.s : Just a suggestion please use item comments for urgent issues so that when you really need faster response we're able to prioritise your topic. Also note that not all issues are urgent.

Please share FTP details. I think the data stored in the meta field is garbled and I would need to clear it to re-save the settings.

This is a really weird issue, the meta field values are being posted but not saved.

which is working fine, I can add and remove courses.
Similarly this issue does not appear with newly created products, if possible try creating new products (do not duplicate) and check the settings.

Please confirm, the issue is not appearing for new products. A possible fix for this could be to re-create the products for which it is not working.

after translate the product
can i edit and update and save any one of the translated products (french or Arabic)
but when i try to edit the main product (English) Specially Associated Courses
can't be edited , i cant delete or add or update the Associated Courses
i have Discovered by accident if any product from the three language the translation is (duplicate) this problem Will occur , must be the translation not be synchronize with the main product translation
must press in all translated product in Translate Independently Button to work correctly

i have another problem with product and courses in multi language
as you know from this topic my website has 3 language English is the main and Arabic and French languages
every course and product has the 3 languages versions translated by WPLM
the new Problem inside the course in Associated Product
for the course with the three language i can't link any product Only the English version to the course
i cant link the Arabic Product Version to Arabic translated course
i cant link the French Product Version to French translated course
i think now the problem in the Theme !!!!
All our website Planes Stopped completely with this Problems
