    Hi there, Happy New Year! I am encountering a problem on the Course Status Page for our course. When I access it as a test student and visualise the latest unit I am supposed to complete and try clicking on the previous or next unit, the page keeps uploading without doing anything. I have a good connection so it is not an issue with the Internet speed. Any idea what it could cause this? Many thanks.

    Make sure of the following: 1) Units are published and are not in the draft. 2) Your theme and plugins are updated. 3) Try deactivating the third party plugins.

    Hi H.K., Thanks for getting back to us. I can confirm all of our units are published, the themes and plugins are updated and third-party plugins deactivated. I have just realised the Course Status Page works fine on Safari and I can access previous/next units, but the same doesn't work when I use Google Chrome. Might this be a clue to what the issue is? Kind regards.

    There could be two reasons for this; 1) Try clearing your browser cache memory. 2) If the above doesn't help, then there could be javascript error. Check for javascript errors, and share the screenshot of the error. To check javascript error refer: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

    Hi H.K. 1) I cleared my Google Chrome browser cache but that didn't do it. 2) I am not sure it would be a Javascript error as I don't experience the same problems with Safari, only with Google Chrome. Anyway, this is what came up: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)" http://akashainnovation.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. What should I do next? Thank you.

    This is a rare issue, please share the admin credentials of your site to check. PS: Mark your message as private while sharing the admin credentials.

    Hi H.K. Here are our credentials:
    • Login to WPLMS: http://akashainnovation.org/course/basecamp/#login
    • Admin: greta / WF10ur15hs
    • Test student (where the error comes up using Chrome): greta-test / Old5kdox
    If you're logging in during the admin credentials, I will need your IP address so that I can white list it otherwise you won't be able to access it. You shouldn't have problems however using the test student credentials. Many thanks, Greta

    This is a server 403 error, refer: http://prntscr.com/9pyn12 The server firewall is causing the problem: http://prntscr.com/9pyndy The firewall demands the captcha authentication to proceed further. So clearly its a server issue, please contact the server for this.
