Course status page not launching after update

Hi there I really need your help. I encounter problems with my wplms since last update. It is impossible to start or continue a course. The course status page does not open. People can not follow there course. Thank you for your help. Best regards Carole Cusanno.

Ok I checked your site and found that your wplms options panel page is not opening properly  . It is crashing somwhere near buddypress " members " related component . I would need your server php error log to identify the reason behind this issue . Upload it somewhere online in txt file and share its link here . contact webhost to find your server error log . Please also share a valid FTP credentials to check this issue further . PS : mark reply as private while sharing .

Hello, Things are getting worst as we receive a lot of clients calls who are angry ! Is there a way to hire your services directly ? To have a paying support ? I need to find a solution today. Best regards Carole CUSANNO
