February 5, 2016 at 11:08 am #25678SamirSpectatorHello Mr Vibe, Consider this in your troubleshooting efforts. From a little brainstorming done at our own end we noticed 1.that all pages except the course view page opens properly. 2.All page types(registration, edit course, blog page etc)are linked to a particular page structure/page type in the all pages tab.(admin>pages>all-pages). 3.Only the course view showing blank(just header and footer) suggests there is a missing page structure type for the single course view page(still from the admin>pages). Please confirm that there is a valid course page for course view(with the proper settings) from the admin>all pages. It is possible that the update distorted the page for course view if not deleting it entirely. This is just a suggestion. Thanks.February 6, 2016 at 8:50 pm #26172SamirSpectatorHello Mr Vibe, It's unimaginable that I haven't received an update yet on this issue I am facing.Need I remind you guys that this is a live website with courses on sale and ads running on social networks.we are losing reputation and expect a bit more urgency from you guys,I understand your workload at this time but please kindly look into this issue as we just can't afford this kind of set back. Thanks.February 8, 2016 at 3:02 pm #26543MrVibeKeymasterWe've not been able to debug this issue. The main reason is that the issue is not replicable on any test environment. We're releasing an update tomorrow with most of the reported bug fixes, so please do update the theme and let us know. p.s : Support is slow on SundaysFebruary 8, 2016 at 3:31 pm #26562SamirSpectatorOkay...let's wait till tomorrow then. Thanks.February 9, 2016 at 8:48 pm #26998SamirSpectatorHello Mr Vibes, I waited patiently for the theme update release as said by you, nothing yet. Please was the release date shifted? Thanks and I'm still waiting.February 11, 2016 at 4:59 pm #27643dantwahSpectatorI have the same issue actually, it's on my localhost. Weird thing is, that some of the course overview pages do load, and some dont.February 11, 2016 at 5:42 pm #27648SamirSpectatorDantwah...i was beginning to think I was alone in this issue.Have you been able to resolve yours?February 11, 2016 at 5:45 pm #27649dantwahSpectatorHaven't been able to resolve it yet. Weird thing is that it only occurs on certain courses, not all of them.. Let me know if you find a way to resolve it! Btw, it looks like you got your debug on. if its a live site might be wise to not have that on :)February 11, 2016 at 5:52 pm #27651SamirSpectatorYea I know it's on...and yes it's a live site.We want to attempt a drastic solution since our site is relatively new (just a few courses). We want to do a full wp and wplms reinstall with user backed up.Customisations might be lost, but we just want a functional site the rest we can get back later. What do u advice?Since Mr vibe n Alex have got their hands full.February 11, 2016 at 5:57 pm #27652dantwahSpectatorActually my experience with clean install wasn't perfect either with the 2.0 update. So if your able to and had it running good on a previous version, I would recommend setting it back to the previous. Then update once all the bugs are out (I read here somewhere that 2.1 is supposed to be released in these days somewhere). I'm waiting with it as well until all the errors are out if it. Currently got my live site running on 1.9.1 still, last stable version with the customizations that have been made. I'm first checking on local environment to see if it can run without bugs / errors & then i'll switch it over to the live domain.February 11, 2016 at 6:07 pm #27653SamirSpectatorYes ,we have actually tried that.Version 1.9 or so was very stable. We downgraded to 1.9.1 but the login didn't work . Also how do we get back critical plugins to versions that works perfectly with 1.9.1(the stable version plugins). With this 2.0 updates,we have learnt our lessons.A dummy site will be created to test all future updates first before updating to our live site. In all the WPLMs guys have been awesome so far in putting together such a great theme and their response time good too.February 12, 2016 at 3:32 am #27730luojooSpectatorI had the same issue and still didn't get solved. For my site, all newly created courses don't show up, not even preview. Only few of the demo courses that came with the Theme can show up. The problem happened couple of weeeks ago. In the end I have to completely reinstall wordpress and the theme to make it work again....February 12, 2016 at 4:17 am #27732SamirSpectatorLuojoo did you lose your created courses, users and customizations after doing a fresh WP and Wplms reinstall? What data did you lose?February 12, 2016 at 4:20 am #27733luojooSpectatorI lost all data. I don't have much courses and user data, but still took me a while to re-create all the content.February 12, 2016 at 4:24 am #27734SamirSpectatorThat's been our major fear, loss of data.We can afford loss of formatting, courses etc but not users. Thanks for your help, maybe that's the path we'd have to take.
