Courses Disappearing from PWA

I can create a course in the PWA, is saves and I can see it in my "pending" my courses tab. Once i refresh the PWA the course disappears from the PWA. I can see it in the Wordpress back end. Also courses i am an instructor for, are not showing under that tab at all in PWA. How do i fix this?
