Courses dissapeared and Vibe Customtypes crashing site

My courses dissapeared after the latest update, and my site crashed with the error message: "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare custom_excerpt() (previously declared in [...]vibe-customtypes/includes/featured.php:354) in [...]wp-content/themes/wplms/includes/func.php on line 716" What to do? I've renamed the Vibe Customtypes in FTP and this fixes the problem. But my courses are still gone, does it have to do with Vibe Customtypes?

Same, no fix... I completely reinstalled the whole site.

Please replce the vibe-customtypes plugin via FTP with this version. link
The issue occurs during the update.
