Courses don't enrol unless user joins batch themselves

If a user is added to a group (batch group) manually at the back end, they see the courses in the "view all courses" but are not enrolled. Viewing "my courses" does not show the batch. If the user joins the group/batch themselves using "JOIN GROUP" they are enrolled in the courses and they now appear as "START COURSE" and are listed in "MY COURSES". This is not desirable as we will be managing users and batches manually. The enrollment process needs to work from the back end once a user is added.

Can you please share your batch url and  admin credentials too check this at your end ? Ps: mark reply as private while sharing credentials .
