Courses take a while to be shown after added to a batch

Hi guys, When we include a new course into a batch it does not show immediately on the user courses profile. I mean, we have courses and also batches and users added to a certain batch. Batches include different courses. If we decide to include an extra course to a certain batch it should show immediately in that batch users profiles, but it doesn't. It takes a undetermined while. It finally come up on user profiles but the time it takes to show on the user profile varies from 10 minutes to more than 15 hours. It is kind of weird. You never know when the course is finally going to appear available for the user. Any idea about this? Thanks again guys. Kind regards,

Well in case of new user does not gets automatically added to that new course .She gets added to that course when she actually opens that course coz at the time when user was added to the batch that course does not exists .
