Create Course button not showing on Front end

If you look at http://www.communitelligence.com/all-courses/ you'll see that the Create Course button is not showing. What do I need to do to get this working to create courses on the front end. I have updated my theme and all plugins to the latest. Thanks,

Please create a page named "edit course" and put the shortcode [edit_course] in it . Then please connect and edit course page in wplms -> course manager .
