Create/edit course page empty after revert from 4.0 to 3.9

After Mr Vibe reverted my site from 4.0 to 3.9 I can't create or edit a course. All I see is a black page with the [edit-course] short code. I've tried:

1. Saving permalinks
2. Creating a new page with the 'Create Content' template, and connecting it in WPLMS > Course Manager

Enable WPLMS Front end plugin pelase.

same problem, where is the WPLMS front end plugin? I don't see it on the plugins page. none of the plugins there are disabled

I note this is AFTER REVERT. I have not reverted, only upgraded, and no Edit page
