    How can I create a template for the course layout in my Child Theme? I'm talking about the layouts here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxpcXHU_mx2PMndUT1hSenJqcWc/view?usp=drivesdk   None of the ones here really fit what I need.  I'd also like to know if it's possible to either remove the INSTRUCTOR section for now and then be able to add it in later: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxpcXHU_mx2PTGZ3ZHlCMTFWUEU/view?usp=drivesdk Thanks!

    Go to wp-admin->lms settings->Disable Instructor display in Courses->enable it and save.
