cron Job is not working

We are optimizing WPLMS 4.0 using this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IRNZDGBcDQ We are unfortunately facing this error and not sure what's causing it The following scheduled event failed to run. This may indicate the CRON system is not running properly, which can prevent some WP Rocket features from working as intended: Scheduled Cache Purge Please contact your host to check if CRON is working. Any pointers as to how we could get this up would be great Dismiss this notice.
