Dark Box on home page change color

Where can I change the 2 colors in the dark box on the home page (the box itself and the color in the search field) I will add an image in my next post

The colors in the -green dots- field I want to change (see image). Where/how can I do so?

Strange, after posting my previous I got a warning after adding 1 picture that my image was too big and therefore was not uploaded.  So i resized it and added an other one. But ok, here is the image, in case you didn't get it
