Disconnect link between Billing Name and BB Candidate name

We are developing accrediated online courses. Corporate clients will buy courses on mass for their staff. Therefore the purchasers billing name could and in many circumstance will be different to the person taking the course and eventually taking an online exam outside of WPLMS. So we want the BB candidate name and woocommerce billing name seperated. We want to add the BB candidate name as a seperate field in the woocommerce checkout page just before the user name field. Looking online I am amazed no one has asked this before as this is major barrier to revenue. Please can some explain how we might resolve code our way out of this problem.

I just came across this same issue this weekend. 1 office registered 5 people but On the receipt that i get from woocommerce it doesnt have the student name or info
