display a thumbnail that video extracted

Good Morning WPLMS I'm a Seung Tae in Jungdchinese. I have one question. For reduce Loaded Time, I want to reduce main Page Size. For reduce main Page Size, I want to display as video thumbnail in unit like Youtube. https://prnt.sc/jmdu9m But I must use featured image right now.

1. For display a video thumbnail in main page, I must add a featured image in unit. https://prnt.sc/jmduz4

2. I set up Carousels/Rotating Blocks in main page. https://prnt.sc/jmdvuy

Without add featured image in unit, Can I display as unit's video thumbnail in main page like Youtube ? I heard that Youtube display a thumbnail that video extracted.
