hey please log in to http://eoptech.co.il/ by clicking on "כניסה למערכת" at top with the user name:1234567 password:1234567 then goto http://eoptech.co.il/members/1234567/settings/ try to change the email or the password it won't work why?

It seems you missed the "Important announcement" that support was off yesterday. http://prntscr.com/8uchld Secondly : The issue in question is not related to theme but with buddypress or server settings. WPLMS can not/does not modify default BuddyPress behaviour. Lastly : The section is working properly, you need to enter the first "password" field to make any changes in the User password or User email.
