    How to duplicate a certificate template? It used to be a button that allowed this, but I can't seem to find this anymore. Please help!

    Can you please share what do you want to duplicate ? Is it the certificate template or the certificate for the user itself . If you want to duplicate the certificate template then you can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-duplicator/ The duplication of the user certificate is not available in wplms .

    The General certificate. Just like in products were you can duplicate a product and change only the data. That way no values are lost. We need to generate separate certificates for our courses with authorization code recognized by our state institution.

    If you want to duplicate the certificate template then you can use this plugin :
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-duplicator/ It will provide option to duplicate the certificate template that you can select in your course settings for each individual course.
