Editor role act as the "admin staff" of a school that can help instructors do enrolment, course editing.

The capability is "manage_options" if you add this capability to this user role it will show all the courses to "editor" . But the issue is that instructor is also an editor in wplms.
In such a case you have to make the user as admin and strip off settings , and users area from him by using this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
