Email issue

I have two forms. Event enroll and contact form. In both forms emails are sent on submission. I want both the mails to come in different email template. Like for event enroll the name of the email template should be : [{{{site.name}}}]Event Form Submission and for contact form the email template should be : [{{{site.name}}}]Contact Form Submission But both event enroll and contact form submission are coming in same email template.   Site Link : http://www.iitpt.com.au/

Go to wp-admin->Emails->edit the templates of the contact form and the event form according to your needs.

Well unfortunately this is not possible .both the emails will appear with same email template and content that you set in the email from wp-admin -> emails . If you different templates for each contact form then please try using other third party plugins for this .
