Hi,
Our current site @ inteli-iuris.flywheelsites.com (temporary domain) is a fresh installation of WPLMS v4.0.
The business model will only let users enroll in courses through product purchase (no registration page for the time being). I was running some tests since the site is far from being launch-ready, but I am running into this issue:
After checkout, the account creation is successful, however, the user doesn't get enrolled in the associated course he just purchased. Not only does the button "take this course" doesn't appear, but in backend the student is not enrolled in the course. I even used one of the demo product / course combos and just overwrote the information, but it still won't enroll the user after purchase.
It is worth noting that: I made sure that enrollment for this course is automatic and doesn't require manual authorization, and that the order is automatically changed to "completed" using Woocommerce Order Status Control to autocomplete all orders.
Am I missing something? Thanks a lot for the reply

hi
please give me permission to make changes in payment section setting to COD for testing and also allow to create a course with new product to replicate this issue on your site
Hi Veronica:
Sorry, not sure if I follow. The above login is for superadmin user, should have all the permissions to make changes.
Let me know if there is anything else you need from me.
Thanks again for the help

Hi, Veronica:
Thanks, I realize my mistake now. I linked the course to the product, but never did the product to the course. You can close this topic now.
yes both settings are mandatory
connect product to course and
course to product
thanks for your confirmation
