Envato Market Support Fee

Hello!  I find myself finding more useful information on https://wplms.io/support/forums rather than the themeforest.net support comment offering.  Can I allow the Themeforest/Envanto support to expire and continue only using the https://wplms.io/support/forums site?  I didn't see this question plainly answered.  In the FAQ, it says we can still email or Tweet if our support period has expired, but it doesn't say whether or not expiration prohibits you from using Vibe's primary support site? Also, I know I'm breaking a cardinal rule here, but can someone tell me if all of the Vibe addon's come in a packaged deal?
