ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi. Just configured a course and changed the course breadcrumb and when I try to go in, I just see an <span style="color: #6a6a6a; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: small; font-weight: bold; line-height: 16.5455px;">ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS message. Any ideas?</span>

Please try resaving the permalinks from wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks . IF you cannot access the dashboard then please try deactivating the third party plugin via ftp by renaming them one by one and check the issue again .

EDIT : it works fine while logged in as admin but not as student or visitor... Please note that you do not have buddydrive and eventon and wplms eventon plugin activates in your site but you were changing the visibility setting from lms -> settings . That was causing the issues in your course pages . This is an issue as of now in wplms . We will fix this in the upcoming updates of vibe customtypes plugin .

Yes you have to set your permalinks to postname . Please try deactivating third party plugins in your site , Also check if the mod rewrite is enabled on your server . refer : http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-error-too-many-redirects-issue-in-wordpress/ If above does not helps then  Please share your site url ,admin credentials and a valid ftp credentials to check this issue at your end . Hello, Please try these things:

1.  you have to set your permalinks to post name.
2. Please try deactivating third-party plugins in your site.
3. check if the mod-rewrite is enabled on your server.

If above does not helps only then Please share your site url, admin credentials, and valid FTP credentials in a private reply to check this issue at your end.
