October 26, 2015 at 4:36 am #4901dfarjounSpectatorHi, I'm trying to finally update and put live my website with wplms. I brought to wplms all users (via phpmyadmin) and orders (via import). The orders are there, with all users, but when I click inside the order there's no product related to it. Only the price. Now I tried to make a purchase so I could add some users to subscription plans products and test if the order will appear ok, with the product assigned. I started with a test using my admin account and I got this ERROR 402: Unable to Create Order message. Do you know what's going on?October 26, 2015 at 4:54 am #4902dfarjounSpectatorJust a quick note. Before update to 1.9.9 it was ok. :/October 26, 2015 at 5:13 am #4903dfarjounSpectatorUpdate: I changed the database to an earlier one, with no order at all (before import). Now I can make orders with no problems. How can I import orders without messing everything around? :/ Thanks!October 26, 2015 at 10:05 am #4965Anshuman SahuKeymasterYou can use the wordpress import/export for this from wp-admin -> tools .Export orders from your existing site and import them to new one .October 26, 2015 at 11:57 am #5005dfarjounSpectatorThat's exactly what I did. Don't know why it came truncated! :/October 27, 2015 at 2:46 am #5197dfarjounSpectatorI opened an older backup and the order creation is fine. I created another post topic showing problem with the dashboard, that is also solved with the earlier backup. I spent all day adding users to a product that is subscription plan for multiple courses. After I ended I tried to add users in individual courses and... surprise. I can't add more than one at a time. On the other install I added with no problem. Why is it so unstable? Could you help me?October 29, 2015 at 6:28 am #5725Anshuman SahuKeymasterYOu could have used the wordpress import/export for this if you want to migrate your content users , products ,membership all of the wordpress data just from one import . export the data from old installation and import it into new one . Can you please specify " I can't add more than one at a time " issue in more detail with screenshot . YOu can add mustiple users to course by putting their usernames separated by comma .October 29, 2015 at 6:38 am #5731dfarjounSpectatorHi, Alex. I created a video on the time I was facing the problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5gtbJsRfpY You can see it was showing only one (the same) user, even when I selected several e-mails ou usernames. So I went back, deleted all usernames and imported from another install. The install that I added the users with no problem into the courses. Now I have the users inside the courses, but the users can't see the courses they are subscribed to. I created another post for this. I can't see the progress bar inside course admin page for all users. And those users that I can't see the progress bar are the users that don't see the courses when logged in. See "antoniocosta" user inside the course. I'm manually resetting the course for them, but I'll need a whole day for that. There should be an easier task. Maybe something I could do directly on the table in phpmyadmin? Thanks!October 31, 2015 at 10:59 am #6201Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease contact the woocommerce plugin support for the orders and user related issue . Abbot the reset issue we have already replied you on another topic in the how to forums .
