error 404 on course page

when I create a course then go to view it I get an error 404 message. My blog posts are working ok. My shop page is working ok. Just cant use view for course page

I was able to view the course while it was not yet approved. This only happens after I approve the pending course.

Please check if you have created any page with same slug as " course " ? AND used it as directory page ? If yes then please delete that page coz it leads to many conflicts with the wplms permalink structure . Please make sure that course permalink is saved . If any of you still facing issues then please share your site admin credentials and url in a private reply .

still having the problem URL is ArtBasicsCourse.com what do you need for credentials? password & username? I've attached some screen shots. Thanks for your help

Did you re-save the permalinks ? Is everything updated properly ? The theme version ? The vibe course module version ? The vide custom types version ?

EDIT: It works now. I mispelled our username. Thanks for reminding. Hello. @Mr.Vibe, I already put the API but it seems like the theme and plugins aren't updating to the version you have. How does I make it work?

Hi @barphillips, Please check this link : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-find-buyer-api-key-in-themeforest/ Make sure that the themeforst username and api key that you have provided in wp-admin -> wplms -> getting started is correct or not . hi @52ebonie , Please share your site admin credentials (username and password) in a private reply .
