error 500

After the last update I can´t see the site, not front end or back end, I get error 500, I need a workaround, this mean 4 months of hard work I can´t do everything all over again.

Can you please clarify : What did you update last ? which version ? Which plugins ?

I had the proble for more than one month no answer, I delete the de web site and use other plugin, you guys change the web support site and dont answer, can I have my money back?

Please check the Admin's reply. The reply was within 24 hours of topic creation, after which the topic was pending on your side, which means the topic was waiting for a response from you for more than 4 weeks !
