Error 500 and 404

Hello! I had problems with my website , sometimes I get error displays 500 and 404 , update lets me navigate normally but soon after it happens again. I leave the error_log that generated me DEBUG PHP. Another thing is that I try to update the version of wordpress , updated and when I redirected to the update page says I have the previous version , that is never updated is an endless cycle of update and tell me you did not update.

This is a known issue between Visual composer plugin and wordpress 4.5 . I have emailed you latest version of visual composer at this email : [email protected]  please install the latest version and remove old one .
