Hi
I have reported earlier and we have done lot of investigation from hosting end.
The Error 500 or sudden blank pages is caused due to one of WPLMS plugins or Buddepress.
And yes our memory limit is set to 768 so that should be adequate.
Please help

Hi I checked your php error log , went to do some courses loaded some pages like all courses and all units in your site but could not find any error in the error log .
Can you please let us know exactly which pages and when do you have these issues
There is actually no error in logs so been difficult to figure out
Here's a screenshot of error just now. I just completed one Scorm course and suddenly the site crashed. Now when loggin in, I see this

Well we would need server php error log or something in order to get an idea what might be wrong ,but it seems like your error log is not logging error anymore .
does this error usually appear when you perform a particular action or to a particular user?
This usually happens when logging in with admin ajax error or when finishing a course or when deleting some Activity
Has not happened recently so keeping an eye in case it does. Can consider it closed for now.

My hosting provider say that all memory limits have been increased but admin ajax and dashboard has a very high timeout which leads to the problem.
Yesterday it was like this:
2020-10-13 20:39:30.826187 [Tue Oct 13 20:39:30.826172 2020] [:error] [pid 55673] [client 78.157.211.235:39220] mmap() failed: [12] Cannot allocate memory, referer: https://dev.art-providers.com/course-status/
I have restored the site from a backup now
Further information: I noticed this issue happens when you retake a course or reset and take again. If it possible that the data for retake
Please note that our server has very high settings already

Well please install Query monitor plugin to check which plugin is eating memory and is running slow.
