Error Loco Translate

I am using Loco Translate, but after wplms update is now giving error by clicking the button to save the .pot file. See the attached image

The error indicates that the issue is with the permission, so please check if the plugins folder exists in wp-content/languages/plugins  similarly there should be a themes folder inside the languages folder. Also check the folder permission it should be 755.

Already exists, and has been given the permissions and works not see the images.

The loco translate plugin is not able to create the directory "languages" in the wp-content folder. This directory is very important as it saves the translations of locotranslate and keep the translations safe from the theme and plugin updates.   Please check this link and message from the author of Loco translate : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-web-server-cannot-create-backups-in-languages-fix-file-permissions-or   --- But Your screenshot show that the directory is already created with correct permissions.

Can you give me FTP credentials, to check and resolve this issue ? p.s : This issue is not a theme issue, but a third party plugin issue.
