Error on Discussion and Notes page

Hi please check out the error I'm getting on the Notes and Discussion page. The problem is showing from the start. I tried deactivating all plugins, but that didn't work. Can you please give me a solution. I'm doing the site for a client and I need to submit it. Please don't delay. Thanks,

This is a known issue ,we have already fixed and the same will be reflected in the next update of wplms theme (1.9.9) . Thanking you for reporting this .

Desperately waiting for 1.9.9 eventon feature. Its very critical for my development work. You said it will be released early next week six days ago. Are we there yet? :) Best regards, Kavi

Update is ready we are currently testing it since this is a major update . Expected release would be tuesday.
