in wplms, when I add a Vibe Grid in my Home page, and update the page, when I refresh the site I get "Please save the Page Builder changes" see printscreen https://prnt.sc/ksa1u2 I updated the page, what other saving is required? </div>

Well that means that there is some main settings missed to be set while you added the block in your page . Please share your site url and admin credentials in private reply to check this issue out .
