ERROR Swhic between Visual MCE and HTML

On the backend, when this creates a course or unit, I can't switch from the visual editor to HTML. I am getting the following error on the console. It happen since 4.0 update. How can I fix this? Hi sorry for this issue .can you please share us screenshot or url where you are getting this error . Please try disable script minfication or caching plugins your have . also share admin creds to check the issue .
