September 18, 2020 at 4:48 pm #312106KARVYFINTECHParticipantHello team, We have added couple of courses with respective quizzes. Once we download the stats. The downloaded file is having below errors,
- Score is "0" for some of the users in the sheet, though they have submitted the courses. for example quiz marks 10/15 but the score is"0" percentage. For some it's showing right percentage.
Wrong Start date - end date, though we have added our local timezone under Settings >>> General. The sheet is with wrong date and timings.
Please help us ASAP.

Can you work on it as soon as possible...???September 22, 2020 at 2:36 pm #313105Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell yes I checked the site and found out many students did not get the start date in the stats csv file , note that all students would not get the finish date until they finish the course . Please check the activity of the student for which the start date is not appearing., in the activity tab of the course

For some it’s showing right percentage. we want to get this done quickly. you poeple are taking more than 24hrs for one response. we can connect on call if possible, so that we can do this easily and quickly with no confusions. Adjusting this is not available actually there are some features depending on this and adjusting this might add more bugs in those features . The end date not shown issue can you please share a username for which this is happening ? Again I would request to first see the activity of that user in activity , the stats are fetched from activity , if there is no activity then there is no date . -
