Hi how are you? I need your help because, I just trayed to upload a file from my cpaneln, it was a video, it was 20 MB size so I uploaded it by my Cpanel. The upload was succesful, But there was a  problem, when I searched for the video in my media Library, I can't see it. I uploaded it to wpcontent/uploads/..... What is happening here??? I don't understand. I uploaded it by cpanel, because I can't upload by frontend because is too large, so I went to cpanel and I can see the file in my server files vut I can't see in my library. Please help me. Thank you Very much.

You need to upload the file directly from WordPress media popup/library to be detected by Media library. This is how wordpress recognises the files, for every file it keeps a database entry. Directly uploading the files would not be shown in media library. Please upload the file from Media library (WP Admin - Media - Add New)

Yeah. Thanks. But the limit to upload is 2Mb so I want to upload files with more size. So I can't. I went to my directory and I created a file in wp-admin, called php.ini. I defined the max file size as a 32 M. It works well And I was able to upload a video of 20 M by the library but I need to know if this affects my php memory limits or something like that.??? I mean my php limit of wordpress is 256 M.  Thank you.

No it will not affect your php memory limit ,Upload max file size and php memory limit are two different things  .
