fillblank match fail for non-ASCII strings in vibe-course-module 1.9.9.3

Hi, I have upgraded to vibe-course-module 1.9.9.3 and found fillblank can't correctly match non-ASCII strings. For example, if the answer provided by user is "蓝", it will be stored as "%u84DD" which can't match with the corrent answer. For strings with single quote, the answer submmitted is "sth%27" which also can't match with "sth'".

We have not tested the mandarin symbols for the fillblank question type . Seems this can issue we will confirm fix and test this in the next update of vibe course module plugin . Moving topic to issue log .
