    See the attached screenshot. Why is the Forgot Password link showing as [ How can I make it the full text "Forgot Password"

    There should be a question icon, refer: http://prntscr.com/b0fggf Please make sure your theme and plugins are all updated to latest version and try clearing the browser cache.
