Forum and Group Pages

Good day, please assist how i can make the forums page: https://www.teched.asia/forums/ look similar to the https://www.teched.asia/groups/ and when an instructor logs in, the create forum will be available similar to what the groups page. please help. thanks

The functionality you are asking for here needs a lot of customization because we are also using this functionality. Not created by us Forum is a part of BBpress Plugin Group is a part of BuddyPress Plugin
