Front end course upload bug

When sometime upload bigger file, error occur, but actually my hosting and setting allow uoload up to 512Mb,   when I uploaded 250Mb error occur, but after I refresh and enter the edit course, actually successfully uploaded in the media, but it's weird everytime need to refresh and reinserted.   Another issue, preview button no function and save course button sometime no function, need to close and reenter only can function.   Please help   www.courseworms.com

Please contact your webhost to increase the php configuration for this . this is our test site configuration : WP Memory Limit: 128 MB WP Max Upload Size: 64 MB PHP Post Max Size: 64 MB PHP Time Limit: 300   PHP Max Input Vars: 1000 To upload 250MB media you need to have these two configurations : WP Max Upload Size: 250 MB +   PHP Post Max Size: 250 MB +
