Getting Locked Out of Site

Last week I kept getting locked out of my site after-which the login button was disabled. I restored the site to an earlier date and checked all the plugins for a conflict. I was able to update them all with no problem until with one click I updated: Vibe Course Module, Vibe Custom Types, and Vibe Shortcodes. Doing so created the problem again (when I logged out, I was locked out so I restored an earlier session and updated all other plugins). I have not updated those plugins again. Has anyone else reported this? What shall I do? https://thedreamersinstitute.com

Please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to the latest version . RE-save permalinks and clear browser cache after update . Please check js errors in you site . refer : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors Try deactivating third party plugins .
