H5P Content Unavailable for users

I have setup a H5 Content and while adding under Display options I have not checked Allow users to download the content and Display Embed button options and saved. Now I goto front end UI and then add a unit and choose h5p and select the above content and click publish Now when i view the course as a end user when i click this unit i get Content Unavailable. We will not be able to allow users to downloa dour content or embed. Can you please check this?
