Header Menu Issues

I simulate the layout that by using Photoshop. The extra things here is the third menu apart from "Top Menu" and "Primary Menu". My expectation is the third menu can do the same things with Primary Menu, can done with mega menu, dropdown by hover, and shown in every page. It is possible to do this? I understand this is non-common usage, feel free to let me know any alternative. Thank you for your kind assistance.   Reference Layout

Hi, Third menu can works as main menu if it is set at main menu position. The property of menu is based on the place where it is placed.

What I mean is that there are two position in the header.

Im sorry I cannot see your screenshot .Its a broken link . you can share screenshot using  " prntscr.com " . Please clarify if you are talking about a third menu position other than main and top ?Or you want the dropdown menus in top menu also ? right now dropdown menu and mega menu is available with main menu only ,

Hi, I checked your screenshot and find that this header is not of wplms. You add this header by customization. In wplms there are two headers 'top' and 'main' kindly use them to avoid this kind of problems.
