Help! 2.01 update

I just updated to the 2.01 and have a really wide banner at top that wasn't near that big before. Here is picture! Thank you!!! Even if there is one item in the menu bar we still have a wide header banner.

I checked your site and i can see that you are using child theme . Please note the the customizer options like header,layout options etc will not work with the child theme properly .If you want to use the new customize then you have to switch to the default theme . FOr the forums issue i was not able to replicate this when logged in as student . Please check : http://prntscr.com/9vtm6d

Thank you Alex!  I changed to the default theme it all looks fantastic now!. The forum is still an issue:  The image you shared is exactly what our students see but I am attaching what they should actually be seeing. The LMS Setting Privacy is disabled The BuddyPress Forum is set to all Members Not sure what else needs to be done? Thank you for your help - really appreciate it!

I figured it out.  As an admin I had started new topics in each forum I created but I did it in the backend.  When this happened no one could see the topics I had started.  When I post them from the front end - everyone can see. BTW - I really like this theme!!  BEST ONE out there!!
