HELP: COURSE BADGE NOT SHOWING AFTER COURSE COMPLETION

Hello Support, i believe Course badge is supposed to appear on achievement section once you finish the course right, well, i setup a badge for a course and i finished the course and checked my achievement folder, i did not see anything, help see images below https://prnt.sc/Xn8_YKDM4UGJ ..i used this image as badge image https://prnt.sc/bJqpQrqKzCvR .... here am seeing no finished course here, am seeing the finished course and they wrote .. under evaluation, please what do i do from here so that i can see the badge awarded under the achievements? see image below https://prnt.sc/XxZJBVd5teBM ...under evaluation on student account https://prnt.sc/wNDqxdzY4chn ..showing no finished under student account see my quiz dashboard, all questioned answered, and i set the quiz on auto evaluation, also set the course on auto evaluation, so i don’t know where the challenge is from https://prnt.sc/_hjJRZy-se63

hi for your query 1: yes it will for that you need to retake the course and then finish the course for 2: you can come to from the activity section that who got the certificates or badge and from admin section you can assign/remove the badge/certificate accordingly https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3fl1AVqMnh
